一、配送範圍 (Delivery Coverage)
- 台灣本島:全島各縣市皆可配送,包括金門、馬祖、澎湖。
- 離島地區:金門、馬祖、澎湖,運費另計,結帳時系統自動顯示。
- 國際/海外:僅限北美(美、加)、歐洲(歐盟國家)、日本、新加坡、香港。如需其他地區,請先聯繫客服確認。
二、運費說明 (Shipping Fees)
台灣本島 (Taiwan Main Island)
- 訂單滿 NT$1,500 → 免運費;未滿 NT$1,500 → 運費 NT$100。
- 離島地區運費另計,結帳時顯示。
國際/海外 (International/Overseas)
- 運費依目的地、包裹重量與體積計算,系統自動估算。
- 特定活動期間可能有滿額免運或折抵,請留意官網公告。
- Taiwan Main Island: Free shipping on orders ≥ NT$1,500; otherwise NT$100. Outlying islands: fee calculated at checkout.

三、處理與到貨時效 (Processing & Delivery Time)

- 訂單付款完成後 1–2 個工作日內完成揀貨與打包;若缺貨,客服會通知。
台灣本島到貨 (Taiwan Main Island Delivery)
- 宅配/快遞:約 2–3 個工作日(遇假日、天候、物流高峰可能延長)。
離島地區到貨 (Outlying Islands Delivery)
- 約 4–7 個工作日,依航運班次與港務狀況而定。
國際/海外到貨 (International Delivery)
- 美國、加拿大、日本、香港:約 5–10 個工作日(含清關)。
- 歐洲:約 7–14 個工作日。
- 其他地區:依實際物流狀況。
- 若遇全球性延遲(疫情、天災、節慶高峰等),時間會延長,屆時以客服通知為準。

五、物流追蹤與異常 (Tracking & Issues)
- 出貨後系統會發送包含「物流公司名稱」與「運單號」的通知信。
- 買家可至對應物流官網以運單號查詢狀態;若長時間未更新,請檢查假日/天候因素,仍有問題請聯繫客服。
- 如包裹遺失、破損或嚴重延遲,請於收件後 7 日內拍照並聯繫客服,我們將協助理賠或重新出貨(若由物流公司責任)。
- We’ll send you an email with courier name and tracking number after shipping.
- Track your package on the courier’s website. For limited updates, check holidays/weather first. Contact customer service if issues persist.
- If the package is lost, damaged, or severely delayed, report within 7 days with photos. We will assist with insurance claims or reshipment if the courier is at fault.
六、簽收與拒收 (Receipt & Refusal)
- 簽收前檢查:收到貨時請先檢查外箱,若有明顯破損或漏水,可當面拒收並拍照為證,聯繫客服安排補寄。
- 已簽收後退貨:若簽收後再申請退貨,視為買家接受商品,運費與風險由買家承擔。
- Before Signing: Inspect the package for damage or leaks. If severe damage, refuse delivery and take photos for evidence; contact customer service to reship.
- After Signing: If you request a return after signing, you assume all shipping costs and risks.
七、多件合併出貨 (Combined Shipments)
- 同一張訂單如需從多個倉庫發貨,可能分成多次出貨,每單獨計費並提供各自運單號。
- For orders requiring multiple warehouses, items may ship separately. Each shipment has its own shipping fee and tracking number.
八、其他注意事項 (Other Notes)
- 預售/訂製品:若訂單含預售或訂製商品,請依預估出貨日為準。
- 地址不完整或偏遠地區:若因地址錯誤或偏遠導致運輸失敗,相關費用由買家承擔。包裹退回後,買家需支付退回運費及再次出貨費用。
- 不可抗力因素:遇天災、疫情或運輸管制導致延遲,我們會盡力協調並通知買家新的預計到貨時間。
- Pre-sale/Custom Items: Follow the estimated shipping date indicated.
- Incomplete/Remote Address: Buyer pays any fees if delivery fails due to address issues. Return and reship fees are buyer’s responsibility.
- Force Majeure: In case of natural disasters, pandemics, or shipping restrictions, delays may occur. We will notify you of revised delivery estimates.
